  WHAT ABOUT PRICES?
  Pricing is given to customers once the scope of the order has been determined, i.e. embroidery stitch-count, embroidery location, number of pieces, etc.
   
  WHAT IF OUR LOGO HAS NEVER BEEN USED FOR EMBROIDERY?
  We have the finest digitizing service available, which is a one-time charge depending on stitch-count.
   
  IS THERE A MINIMUM?
  Our minimums only apply to total number of pieces - 24. There is no minimum on colors, sizes or styles - These can all be mixed.
   
  WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
  Usually we can deliver 100% of all orders within 10 working days of receiving the order. Add an additional 2-3 days for digitizing.
   
  HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO DIGITIZE A LOGO?
  This depends on stitch-count, whether it is left chest size, full front or back and number of colors. Clean artwork is necessary for digitizing. Quotes are given by email or phone within 2 days of receiving artwork.
   
  WHAT ARE THE TERMS?
  Terms for new, first-time customers are C.I.A. (check in advance), repeat customers are expected to pay in full on receipt of the order.
   
  ARE SAMPLES AVAILABLE?
  Samples are available but must be paid in advance of shipment.
